New Brunswick, NJ – Democratic gubernatorial candidate and State Senator Barbara Buono released the following statement:
"The new revisions to the April jobs report highlight the incredibly disappointing rate of job creation in New Jersey. With the Garden State still a full point behind the national unemployment rate, our state's economy is being left behind. Nearly 400,000 people are still looking for work and property taxes are crushing working and middle class families. New Jersey needs more than corporate subsidies and trickle-down economics to bring our state out of its economic morass. As Governor, I will implement a comprehensive program to create good paying jobs that helps all of New Jersey, not just those at the top."
