It is intersting to see the 2 men on the left conducting their own meeting during the real meeting. The president of this board has no control of the board.

Isn't one of the men in question Fiore.TC member???

Or maybe they were looking over the board packet that is sent to them by email like the town council does to save paper and delivery to their houses. Which I happen to agree with!

One of them must have forgotten to bring their packet then. They would be marked unprepared if they were in school. I don't see the others looking at electronic devices for their packet. If the information is available electronically, every member should have access to it during the meeting. Also, the public should also be granted access to the basics so the public can address any agenda item before it is voted on. There is a public comment portion of the meeting, in the beginning, for comments on agenda items. Seems pretty silly if the public has no clue as to what is about to be voted upon to comment on.

Well, I see one other person with a laptop open, but he looks like he is sleeping most of the time. What dedication.
