Middletown Flu Clinics Scheduled

The Middletown Township Health Department is accepting appointments for 2016 Influenza Clinics. The following dates and times are available:

1. October 27, 2016 (Pediatric Residents Only, 6 months of age to 18 years) 4:30pm -6:30pm
2. November 7th, 5:30pm -7:30pm (Residents Ages 6 months and Older)
3. November 14th, 11am- 1pm (Residents Ages 6 months and Older)
4. November 17, 2016, 1pm – 3pm (Residents Ages 6 months and Older)

The Immunization Clinics will be held at the Health Dept., Bayshore Annex, located at 180 Main Street, Port Monmouth, 07758.The Influenza vaccine is provided free of charge to residents of Middleton Township.

Please call 732-615-2000 x2171 and speak with Mariann Corin to schedule an appointment. Appointments are set on first come basis. Space is limited. Walk-ins cannot be accepted at these clinics.
