Frack waste ban passes! Heads to governor!

Today the fracking waste ban (A2108/S1041) passed the NJ Assembly with a solid 61 to 17 margin! In May the bill passed in the Senate 32 to 5 and now heads to the governor’s desk!

Thank you to everyone who made calls, sent emails & letters and showed up at the State House to help move this along.



Now it’s time to keep the pressure on the governor to sign it. Tell him BAN FRACKING WASTE DUMPING IN NEW JERSEY!
