Thank You For Your Condolences

Yesterday we laid my mother-in-law, Ann Reid, to rest. For most of the morning yesterday it was dark and raining but we knew she was looking down on us because when we were approaching Mt. Olivet Cemetery the rain stopped, the clouds parted and the sun shined down briefly upon us. While the ground was to wet from all the rain, we had a lovely ceremony inside of the back mausoleum, near where her final resting place would be located.

On behalf of my family and myself,  I would like to pass along our heartfelt appreciation and say, "Thank you" to all of Ann's doctors and nurses who talked to her, listened to her and made her comfortable as they worked to help her over the past few months as her disease progressed. Also "thank you's" go out to who came to see Ann in her final days and to everyone who sent flowers, sent cards, came to pay their last respects and offer condolences.

The past week wasn't an easy one for my father-in-law, my wife, her brother or myself and I know that we couldn't have gotten through it without all of the love and support that was sent our way by others.

Thank you all.
