The Jersey Comeback

While unemployment rates are going down nationally (8.2%) and regionally (NY 8.5%, CT 7.7%, Penn 7.5%) the unemployment rate is still stuck at 9% here in New Jersey. So much for that big Jersey Comeback which the Governor keeps talking about, New Jersey lost 8,600 jobs in March.
