Cowboys at Packers NFC Divisional Playoff

Once again there are two NFL Divisional playoff games today. The first game sees the Dallas Cowboy's traveling to Green Bay to take on the Packers at cold and windy, Lambeau Field.

This game is probably going to be the most competitive of the four playoff games this weekend.
Even though it will be cold in Green Bay, it won't be as cold as it had been for other classic January playoff games at Lambeau Field. Normally the weather conditions in Green Bay would favor the Packer but it's expected to be sunny and 21 degrees with a slight wind chill at kick-off.

Aaron Rodgers has a calf injury and the Packers's defense has been beaten up most of the season. I expect Tony Romo and the Dallas Cowboy offense not to be effected much by the weather and be able to move the ball up and down field against the Packers defense rather easily most of the day. The only reason why this game will be close and could go either way however is Aaron Rodgers. Even injured, he's that good.

I hope the Packers pull this one off because I can't stand the Cowboys but I think the Packers will come up a few yards short.  Cowboys 28 Packers 24

Princess' Playoff Pick- Giants v. Packers

Last week it seemed that Princess the Camel may have been a little to confident in picking the Giants to beat the Falcons in their NFC Wildcard playoff game, but she and the Giants pulled it off rather impressively, the Giants beat the Falcons 24 - 2.

Being the Giants fan that she is, Princess hopes to continue her amazing winning streak and once again has chosen the Eli manning and the Giants to win this weeks NFC Divisional playoff game against Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers.

Ever optimistic Princess stated, "...stranger things have happened. Not too long ago the Giants went to Green Bay as a big underdog, played the game in zero degrees, and beat the Packers on their way to beating an 18 and 0 New England Patriots.", when explaining her choice for picking the currently 9 point underdogs NY Giants over the Packers.

It's going to be a tough game this week for the Giants, I don't know if they can really pull it off but as Princess stated, anything can happen. Win or loss the Giants have exceeded expectations this year and I'll be cheering for them either way.

Superbowl XLV; Princess Picks The Packers Over The Steelers

Princess the Camel has spoken, with her last prediction for the season, Princess has chosen the Green Bay Packers to defeat the Pittsburgh Steelers in Superbowl XLV this coming Sunday.

What's the reasoning behind Princesses prediction? It seems to have more to do with personal feels towards Green Bay's linebacker Clay Matthews and what he said about Michael Vick than it does with how she expects the game to be played by the Steelers.

Princess stated, "..The Packers are my team. The quarterback Rogers is on fire right now and I think he might light the Steelers up. And that Packers linebacker – Clay Matthews … I like that guy. A couple of weeks ago before the game with Philadelphia he said he had 3 dogs and couldn’t wait to play Philadelphia and tackle that quarterback ....... and he did just that. He’s my kind of guy!!..."

I don't know if I agree with Princess on this one. I think it will be a great game but I'm leaning towards the Steelers.

After being on fire for the last 5 or 6 games of the season, Packers's quarterback Aaron Rodgers had a so-so game against the Bears in the NFC Championship game and now with two week layoff between games I'm not so sure that he will be as sharp in this game.

The Steelers on the other hand are consistent and have been there before. Say what you will about Ben Roethlisberger and his character flaws, he's tough. All the guy has done is win in the NFL and with two previous Superbowl titles under his belt, he know what it takes to play in the game and come out victorious.

My prediction: Pittsburgh Steelers 27 Green Bay Packers 24

And by the way... if you'd like to support Princess for all her prognosticating over the past number of seasons and into the future, you can sponsor her in the Wildlife Club, she'll appreciate it!
