December 7, 2016 Middletown NJ Planning Board Meeting - Village 35

The December 7th meeting of the Middletown Planning Board ended without testimony on the Village 35 development. The attorneys for the two Village 35 developers discussed reasons for asking for a rescheduled meeting. Testimony guidelines were also discussed with the Planning Board. Members of the Planning Board expressed the opinion that the developers are trying to delay the development of the projects they have been looking to get approval to construct.
