The Workshop meeting of the Middletown Township Committee was over within 20 minutes of starting. Nothing of major importance was discussed in public. It seems that these meetings are a nuisance for those involved and the sooner they are over with the better.
Below are the highlights:
- All resolutions were adopted as a consent vote.
- The Township Employee Manual was updated to reflect changes for pregnancies and personal use of vehicles.
- All Committee members thanked the supporters and staff for a successful Middletown Day.
- A proposal was made by members of the Lincroft Village Green Association (LVGA) to install a sprinkler system at Lincroft Village Park. The proposal included drilling a well, which the LVGA stated to fund.
