What Are The Odds? European Bookmaker Handicaps VP Picks

The Republican National Convention is set to kick off Monday night in Cleveland and Donald Trump has stated that he will be announce his running mate tomorrow morning at 11am. So I would suggest getting your bets in before then.

So who do you think he'll choose? If you're a betting man the odds on favorite picks to be Trump's VP, at 3/1 odds,  is either Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) or former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich, according to the Irish bookmaker Paddy Power.

The odds on Chris Christie being "The Donald's" choice? 5/1

Over on the Democratic side, Hillary Clinton still has a good ten days to decide who her running mate will be. The odds on favorite for her VP pick is Senator Tim Kaine and former Governor of Virginia, who currently stands 8/5, followed  closely by Massachutsettes Senator Elizabeth Warren and Current Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Julian Castro with 7/2 odds.

Clinton's former opponents for the Democratic nomination,  Bernie Sanders (7/2) and former Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley (16/1)  are also potential running mates, as is New Jersey Senator Corey Booker (16/1).

Who's your choice? Let me know.
