As you can see from the lack of post here last week was a rough one. Between work, the snow and extreme cold I got hammered both at home and on the job. I'm currently recovering this morning from a nightmare weekend at work.
Combine a plant shutdown due to raw material shortages and a week of extreme cold and you get a frozen plant that has refused to thaw. Over a 3 day, 36 hour weekend I and others were outside nearly 30 hours of it trying to thaw out enough of the plant to start-up. Needless to say our efforts weren't good enough and the plant remained idle. The only saving grace of this weekend was knowing that the guys working night shift had it worse.
I'm hoping that by the time I make back to work Wednesday, warmer weather will be here and the powers that be will have the plant up and running once again.
In the meantime i'll be slowly getting up to date on the blog.

So sorry to hear about your terrible weekend. I hope you enjoy your time off & that things are back to normal soon.
So you know you aren't suffering alone, we had a pipe to our humidifier break in our attic in early January, and our kitchen sink drain freeze up last week.
Stay warm!
