Flu Clinics for Residents

It's getting to be that time of year again, don't forget to get your flu shot. It's free!

The Middletown Health Department will be conducting four free Flu Clinics for Middletown Township residents this fall at the Croydon Hall Gym located at 900 Leonardville Road in Leonardo. Dates and times are as follows:

• Oct 25, 2013 – 10:00 am - 12:00 p.m. Children 6 months of age through adults
• Oct 28, 2013 – 6:00 pm to 8:00 p.m. - Children 6 months of age through adults
• Oct 29, 2013 – 1:30 pm to 3:30 p.m. - Children 6 months of age through adults
• Nov 1, 2013 – 2:00 pm to 4:00 p.m. - Pediatric Only, ages 6 months of age to 18 years of age

Pre-registration is required. Call 732-615-2000 x2164 or e-mail the Health Department using the Contact Us form at www.middletownnj.org. Please provide your name, address, age, phone number, and preferred Clinic date. Appointments will be scheduled on first-come basis. A confirmation e-mail will be sent. Clinics are for Middletown residents only. There is no fee for the influenza vaccination.
