Emergency Voting For NJ Residents

I meant to post about this earlier in the day, it's a big deal and the first time it has ever been done for the general population in NJ. This type of voting has only been available for active military personnel

Residents that have been displaced due to the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy can now email or fax in their vote for tomorrow's election. Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno, yesterday signed an order that now allows such voting to take place for this years election.

Ballots must be receivedy by 8PM on Nov. 6. Please share this info with any NJ residents you know who cannot get to their regular polling place.

The instructions and forms are at: http://nj.gov/state/elections/voting-information-military-overseas.html
