Kansas City's GST Steel had been making steel rods for 105 years when Romney and his partners took control in 1993. They cut corners and extracted profit from the business at every turn, placing it deeply in debt. When the company eventually declared bankruptcy, workers not only lost their jobs but were denied their full pensions and health insurance, and the government was forced to step in and provide a bailout.
If your such a "look forward, not behind" guy, then why worry about the steel mill story? I definitely sure there is more to the story than what is shown. What really is the "American way" anyway? From what I can see under Obama's direction it could be defined as "being lazy and immoral is a great alternative to working hard to make something of yourself. "
Way to completely ignore Romney's record. *Cheers* Good Going!!!
Just get all biased partisan voters to also ignore the facts and we can all celebrate bringing down Obama by bringing up his record in a non sequitur logic fallacy.
Reminds me of of someone saying they are going to fill the car up because they want the house painted. Makes no sense what so ever.
Stick to the topic at hand, either Romney did a great job or he did a bad job. Defend or attack that position. Anything Obama or any other politician did or did not do is just plain stupid to post here.
Based on the GST Steel Story seems that Romney needs to address what happened instead of just apologizing for things he does not remember like holding down kids for his friends to beat up.
