5/2/12 Video Of Avaya Planning Board Meeting

Last Wednesday night the Middletown Planning Board dedicated it's entire evening discussing the future of the Avaya property in Lincroft, where a proposed 342 unit housing development is to be built. This development is being opposed by residents in the area, as well as,community groups SONIC and the Lincroft Village Green Association.

The main purpose of this meeting was to give members of the public an opportunity to cross-examine the planners and engineers of the Four Ponds-Avaya redevelopment site.

The Planning Board meeting was well attended and ran over four that night In the video below you'll see SONIC's lawyer, Ron Gasiorowski cross-examination Four Pond's professionals.

Due to the length of the video I haven't been able to watch it in it's entirety. I've only watched the first 40 minutes or so.
