The comment at 9:08-
A lovely example of our tax dollars at work. Some people really do love their Ipads.

You will see many more pro-Republican posts during "business hours".

Geez, at least finish your coffee and doughnut.

Step 1 on fighting foreclosures:

Just pay your freaking bills!

And if you think your loan wasn't "fair", just give all the money back, and call it even.

Calm down Tony, it's Friday!

Anon 9:08 & 3:47, your comments are typical of the judgemental, rhetoric from the crazy right wingers.
People fall into foreclosure for many reasons and often thru no fault of their own. So don't judge unless you've been in their shoes.
Be greatfull that you've never been in their shoes.

If a "crazy right winger" pays thier bills and mortgage and saves enough money for a substantial down payment so the payments are affordable and pays taxes and bills because I feel it is MY responsibility to pay for what I use, want, and need. Then I am 100% a "crazy right winger"!!!

Foreclosure is the last step in the whole process and it is the last thing the bank wants to do to people. They are not in the real estate business for a reason!!!

Realtors hate foreclosures because it drives down their profits and Republicans hate free seminars because working people learn their rights.

Add them both together, and who do you get?

Anon 7:18 count your blessings and say your prayers.

Apparently you haven't had the misfortune of unemployment, or underemployment in this economy or the misfortune of chronic or serious health issues. All of which very quickly eat up savings.

And yes all of my bills although a struggle at times are all paid on time.

Don't cast stones on the misfortune of others which may have been through no fault of their own. It's sounding very JSC.

Anon 9:51,

I have had those misfortunes. I went out and got part time jobs. I would work from 8am-midnight five days a week. It was crazy, but you have to do those kinds of things sometimes to get by. It is not easy. I could have collected unemployment, but I was too proud. That's a personal choice. For some it may be better to get unmployment. I am not casting stones, I just think people are sometimes too proud to get a part time job doing anything rather than sit home and complain. These times are not easy.

Most defaulted mortgages should have never been issued to begin with. Mortgages were given with full knowledge the applicant could not afford the payments. There were thousands of these. Sometimes banks roll the dice or rubber stamp applications without looking at the amount of money on the table.
