BUONO STATEMENT ON PASSING OF REP. DONALD PAYNE
TRENTON – Sen. Barbara Buono today released the following statement upon learning of the passing of U.S. Rep. Donald Payne: "Congressman Payne broke barriers in New Jersey, not with brute force but with attention and empathy for the embattled masses. He was a man of conviction and courage, and we will miss him."
