Tuesday, 13 December 2011 -Arrests do not indicate convictions
On December 9, 2011 Sergeant Paul Bailey arrested a 15 year old male juvenile from Keyport, NJ, for Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Criminal Mischief, Resisting Arrest, Unlawful Taking of a Means of Conveyance, Eluding and Assault on a Police Officer. He was being held at the Middlesex County Juvenile Detention Center.
Thomas Florczak, age 48, from Newman Springs Road in Lincroft, NJ, arrested on December 10, 2011 by Patrolman Albert Scott for Simple Assault. He was held on $1,000.00 bail with a 10 % option set by Judge Richard Thompson.
Misty Lee, age 35, from Newman Springs Road in Lincroft, NJ, arrested on December 10, 2011 by Patrolman Albert Scott for Simple Assault. She was held on $1,000.00 bail with a 10 % option set by Judge Richard Thompson.
Lacy Larhonda, age 32, from County Road in Cliffwood, NJ, arrested on December 10, 2011 by Patrolman Adam Colfer for Shoplifting from the Sears Store. She was released pending a court date.
Paul Strack, age 53, from Wall Street in Red Bank, NJ, arrested on December 10, 2011 by Patrolman Albert Scott for Disorderly Conduct. He was released pending a court date.
Joseph Prunyi, age 56, from Palmer Avenue in Middletown, NJ, arrested by Lieutenant John Kaiser on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Shrewsbury Municipal Court. He was released after posting $114.00 bail.
