Sorry Mike, but this IS actually a skit - they're a popular comedy duo that round of the 7:30 Report every week.
Thanks for pointing that out. It was a little absurd but you never know these days.
It was very funny nonetheless and I could see some knuckle-head reacting in the same manner one day.
