Middletown Delays Budget Again!

I wasn't able to attend last nights Middletown Township Committee meeting because of my work schedule, so I don't know the reason for the latest delay in adopting the budget, I was stunned this morning when I opened the APP to see that the township committee did just that. 

What can they possible be waiting for? It has been well known for weeks now that there would be no increase in State aid. This budget is now six months overdue and any cost saving that where put in place would now be virtually non existent due to all of the emergency appropriation over the past six months needed to keep the town running.
