While I was checking my mail, down towards the corner of the page, a litte catch prhase caught my eye.
WE WONT ACCEPT IT
"70% of 8th Graders Can't Read at Grade Level. And Won’t Catch Up."
After watching a short video, I signed the petition
My wife and I have been working very hard over this school year to get my 7th grade son's reading level where it should be. He started the year with a 4th grade level reading comprehension, he has now been evaluated to be at a 6th grade level. I totally understand and get what is being addressed here.
