Divided We Fail

Over the past few months I have been seeing ads in print and on TV for an organization call Divided We Fail.Org, you know they are the ones with the purple morphed image of the Democratic donkey and the Republican elephant as their logo.

I finally tracted them down and have found out that this organization has been put together by the AARP.

Now I haven't been a fan of the AARP since they teamed up with the Bush administration and helped pass the abomination of a prescription drum plan, better known as "Medicare Part D". In my opinion AARP sold out and did more harm to its members then good with the sponsorship of that plan. Medicare Part D is nothing more than a government hand out to big pharma.

However, after surfing the site for divided we fail my mind is changing. AARP seems to be trying to makeup for its mistake with the prescription drug plan.
